Order Processing Times
UK Orders: Same day before 12pm (monday to friday)
International orders: 1-2 business days (to ensure we properly fill out the customs paperwork)

UK orders: Next business day after order is processed.
International orders: 1-3 business days after order is processed.
Carriers, Tracking & Signature
UK orders: Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracking provided & signature at delivery required.
International orders: DHL Express, tracking provided & signature required.
Shipping Rates & thresholds
UK orders: free.
International orders: £50 unless total order value is above £2500 then it's free.
Packaging
We will always use sealed tamper proof packaging provided by carrier.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
UK orders: there are no taxes, duties or customs for all UK orders.
International orders: local taxes, import duties and handling fees may be charged by your customs authority or carrier. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel looks damaged on arrival, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours so we can help.
For parcels that appear delayed or lost, we'll liaise with the carrier and keep you updated.
Tracking and Security
Full Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your package's journey directly on the Royal Mail website.
Insurance: All shipments are fully insured, giving you peace of mind from dispatch to delivery.
Signature Requirement: To ensure the secure receipt of your items, a signature will be required upon delivery.
Photographic Identification: In some cases, photographic identification may be required upon delivery for added security and verification.
Exceptions and Remote Areas
Please note that for some remote areas, our next-day delivery service may not be available. In such cases, delivery might take longer, and customers will be informed accordingly during the checkout process.
